Novenix Smart Building Lockers are IoT-based smart locker systems designed to manage parcel delivery traffic, store belongings, or automate package and document transfers in modern apartments, residential complexes, plazas, and office complexes. Incoming couriers can leave packages based on the recipient's name, and users can safely open the lockers using notifications and one-time codes received through the mobile application.
The system has a completely modular architecture. You can combine the base locker modules of 40x40x40 cm in any quantity and arrangement to create custom sets suited to your project. Thanks to our different module size options, it fits perfectly into any building lobby or entrance.

At Novenix, we understand that every building and project has different requirements. Therefore, instead of fixed designs, we offer our smart building lockers as fully combinable modules. By putting 40x40x40 cm modules together vertically or horizontally, we can install smart locker sets suitable for everything from narrow corridors to wide lobbies.
Based on our customers' requests, we first create layout plans by drawing 3D sketch/prototype models on paper or in CAD software. This allows the requested locker combination to be visualized before it is built. This flexible structure offers users a fully customized, space-saving, and high-capacity solution.

Secure Delivery in 4 Easy Steps
Novenix smart building lockers make the delivery flow between residents and couriers both highly practical and extremely secure.
1. Authorization Setup
The resident defines a delivery authorization for the courier via the mobile app.
2. QR Code Support
The courier scans the static QR code on the locker with their phone camera to instantly connect to the system without needing any app.
3. Secure Delivery
After verifying the resident's authorization, the system automatically opens the appropriate locker door for the courier to deposit the package.
4. Sensor & Push Notification
As soon as the package is placed and the door is closed, smart internal sensors confirm the cargo and send an instant notification to the resident.
