From Idea to Final Electromechanical Product
As the Novenix Electronic R&D department, we design hardware, embedded software, communication and top-level server/mobile application layers in an integrated manner. Electromechanical Product Design
We model final products as complete electromechanical designs, taking into account the enclosures where the boards will be placed, mechanical strength requirements, sealing criteria (IP standards) and thermal cooling needs.

Electronic Product Prototyping
We quickly manufacture designed circuits as prototypes in our in-house SMT assembly laboratory. By manufacturing mechanical body parts with our 3D printers, we perform physical tests and functional verifications instantly.

Requirements Analysis & Architecture
Technical specifications are created in line with our customer's requests, system architecture is built by determining the processor, sensor and communication ICs to be used.
Schematic & Hardware Drawing
Circuit schematics of the boards are drawn, component libraries are created and then multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB Layout) design is performed.
Software Integration
Embedded software is written in parallel with the hardware. Wireless modules, sensor drivers and IoT protocols are coded into the system to bring the device up.
Verification, Test & DFM
Produced prototypes undergo functional tests and EMI/EMC scans. With design for manufacturability (DFM) analysis, the boards are made ready for final production.
End-to-End Transition from Prototyping to Series
The greatest strength that distinguishes Novenix from other R&D studios is our fully equipped production line consisting of high-speed SMT assembly lines and Solderprof THT soldering machine machines under our own roof.
The electronic boards we design are passed through the DFM (Design for Manufacturing) filter by our production engineers while still in the design phase. In this way, mass production can be started directly without the need for any design revision in transition from prototyping to series production line.

Production Oriented Design Cycle
Design and DFM Control
Physical criteria of the mass production line (panelization, solder mask, component orientations) are taken into account while hardware design is carried out.
SMT / THT Prototyping
The first working prototype is assembled and reflowed under exactly the same production parameters as in the mass production line.
Quick Transition to Mass Production
Since production templates of the boards passing functional tests are ready, they are directly taken to the fully automatic mass production line.

We design, manufacture and certify all our electronic R&D designs according to internationally recognized standards.
We make strict engineering calculations at every stage, from the selection of sub-components to PCB trace widths and thermal simulations, so that our products remain stable for life under demanding industrial conditions.
