Novenix performs all board assembly from high precision, smallest passive components (0201) to complex BGA and QFN ICs with state-of-the-art SMT assembly lines. All assembly processes comply with leaded or lead-free (RoHS) standards.
In THT (Through-Hole) soldering processes, we eliminate manual errors with our Solderprof THT soldering machine machines of our own brand, and assemble in accordance with military and industrial quality standards (IPC-A-610).
